Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Dr. Katie’s “Too Good to Be True” Healthy Chocolate Avocado Pudding!

Looking for a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth?  Try Dr. Katie’s irressistable chocolate avocado pudding.  Not only will this treat satisfy your sugar craving, but it is also packed with healthy fats and nutrient dense superfoods, such as avocado, dates and cacao!  Best of all, this recipe has no added sugars and takes less than 5 minutes to make before it finds its way into your belly 🙂

1/2 – 3/4 ripe avocado, chilled
1 ripe banana, chopped & chilled / frozen
13 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup-ish of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used cashew)
2 heaping tbsp organic cacao
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
Pinch of fine grain Himalayan salt
Coconut to garnish (optional)

1) Blend everything together in an electric blender until smooth & enjoy!
2) Store in an airtight container in fridge, consume within 2 days.

Tip: For a tasty summer version of this treat, pop your pudding into popsicle moulds for a healthy frozen fudge bars!
